Quotes and work
Quotes are free and carry no obligation. Work goes ahead once you accept a quote, and the terms agreed in that quote apply to the job, including the price, payment arrangements and timing. If we find additional damage once work starts, we will explain it and agree any change with you before carrying out extra work.
